What the numbers show you
Monthly report per brand
Every brand gets its own report: published, scheduled and failed posts, AI credits used and connected channels. Switch months or pick an exact date range.
Instagram post results
See post counts, likes, comments and top posts for each Instagram account. The numbers come straight from Instagram, so posts published outside Lacamio are included too.
Follower growth
Lacamio records the follower count of your Facebook and Instagram channels daily. The report shows followers at the end of the period, the change in numbers and percent, and a daily trend line.
Numbers on published posts
In the Planner, posts sent from Lacamio show their numbers too: reactions, comments, shares, clicks and, for videos, views on Facebook; likes and comments on Instagram.
Short links with click counts
Shorten the link in your post (lacamio.com/l/…) and see how many clicks it gets. If you track your website traffic, you can add UTM tags too.
Print or save as PDF
The report header shows the brand's logo and name. Use your browser's print dialog to print it or save it as a PDF, ready to send to your client.

Connect your channels
Connect your Facebook Pages and the Instagram accounts linked to them. From then on, Lacamio records follower counts every day.

Pick a period
On the Report page, switch months or set a date range. See Instagram post interactions per day or week, your top posts and the change in followers.

Send it to your client
Click Print / PDF, save the report as a PDF and attach it to your email to the client.
Frequently asked questions
Which platforms do I get numbers for?
Facebook Pages and the Instagram professional accounts linked to them. Facebook: followers, plus reactions, comments, shares and clicks on posts sent from Lacamio. Instagram: followers, likes and comments. TikTok statistics are not shown at the moment.
Can I see Instagram reach or views?
Not right now. Reach requires an additional Meta permission that Lacamio hasn't received yet, and saves and views aren't shown today. For Instagram, you see followers, likes and comments.
Can I export the report to Excel?
No, there is no CSV or Excel export. You can print the report or save it as a PDF from your browser. There are no automatic or emailed reports either: you send the PDF to your client yourself.
Which plans include reports?
All of them, including Free: the report is the same on every plan. Plans differ in the number of brands, channels and AI credits, and in team features.
