What scheduling can do

One post, many channels

Write it once and schedule Instagram posts, Facebook Page posts and TikTok drafts for the same brand. Use one shared text or a separate one per channel, with live previews.

Platform limits, before you send

As you type, you see when the text, hashtags, image or video breaks a platform's limit. While there are red errors, sending is blocked, so these problems show up here, not on the platform.

Monthly calendar and list

The Planner shows your posts in a monthly calendar or a list. Drag a scheduled post to another day, edit it, or publish it right away.

A queue with fixed time slots

Set weekly time slots in the Brand kit, like Tuesday at 9 AM and Thursday at 6 PM. "Add to queue" puts the post in the next free slot.

Recurring posts

Repeat a post daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, with or without an end date (without one, it runs for a year). The next occurrence is created after each send.

A time zone for every brand

Each brand can have its own time zone, so 9 AM means 9 AM for your client. Scheduled times, the queue and repeats all follow it, even when clocks change.

How scheduling works

    Write the post

    Pick the brand's channels, upload an image or video and write the text. Need a break? Save it as a draft and pick it up later from the Planner.

  2. 02

    Pick a time

    Set a date and time, add the post to the queue, or leave the time empty to publish now. Suggested times come from how your past posts performed, or from general guidance when there's little data.

  3. 03

    Track it in the Planner

    At the set time, Lacamio sends the post to your channels. The Planner shows its status, and if one channel failed, you retry just that one without duplicating the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Does Lacamio publish to TikTok automatically?

No. At the set time, Lacamio sends the post to your TikTok app as a draft, and you finish and publish it there. On your Facebook Page and Instagram account, the post goes live automatically at the set time.

What kind of posts can I schedule?

A post holds one image or video, and Facebook also takes text-only posts. Instagram videos are published as Reels, and you can send Stories to Facebook and Instagram. On Facebook you post to Pages (not personal profiles or Groups), on Instagram to a professional account linked to a Facebook Page.

Which time zone does Lacamio use?

The brand's. In the Brand kit you can choose from 21 common time zones (such as New York, London, Budapest or Bucharest). If you don't set one, your browser's local time is used.

What happens if a post fails?

You'll see the error in the app's notifications and in the Planner. "Retry" resends the post only to the channels that failed, not to the ones where it already went out.
