Frequently asked questions
What's included in the Free plan?
1 brand, 2 channels in total (a Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account count as 2), 15 scheduled posts a month and 1 AI credit a month. The planner and reports are the same as on paid plans. Team members, the client portal and video review aren't included, and you don't need a credit card.
What is an AI credit, and when does it reset?
One credit covers one AI action, such as one video transcription (the SRT subtitles plus 3 caption suggestions) or one AI hashtag suggestion from your post text. Regenerating captions from the same transcript doesn't use a credit, and if a transcription fails or finds no speech, no credit is used either. Credits reset at the start of each calendar month and don't roll over. They belong to each user's own plan: invited team members use their own plan's credits, not the owner's.
How does annual billing compare to monthly?
With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free: Starter works out to €15/month and Advanced to €40/month, billed once a year. Billed monthly, Starter is €18 and Advanced is €48 a month.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You can't create more brands or connect more channels than your plan allows, but everything you already have keeps working. When your monthly AI credits run out, AI features (such as transcription and AI hashtag suggestions) pause until next month; scheduling isn't affected. Lacamio lets you know when you've reached a limit.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in euros and don't include any applicable VAT.
What if I need more than Advanced?
Advanced covers up to 15 brands, 50 channels and 10 team members per brand (not counting the owner). If you need more, email support@lacamio.com about the Custom plan and we'll go through the details together.
